Meet Our Team

Lilac Center takes pride in our therapeutic outpatient Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program, where clients receive nurturing one-on-one attention in individual therapy, lively skills training groups and 24-hour coaching assistance when needed. All of our therapists are intensively trained with materials provided by Marsha Linehan and Behavioral Tech, the creators of DBT Therapy, and adhere to yearly skills-building training requirements. Our therapists are frequently asked to consult in developing DBT programs for other agencies and organizations.
